Silent Movie

I was paired with Mohammed for my silent movie project 'a night out'. We discussed many different ideas but agreed on the plot of a mafia mystery where my character's husband would be murdered. I would then have to go undercover as a maid for the murder. During this time I would discover shocking information. We worked on each scene, in the first scene I would be side stage and come rushing to my husband's side after the murderer exits, showing signs of distress and sobbing. The second scene would take place in a study where I would try to read the murderer's hit list to find that I was his next victim. I would narrowly escape my own murderer and escape from being murdered. We performed this to the other performers and we received great feedback that the others understood every scene. 






We worked alongside the media students to create our movie, it was quite easy and we didn't spend too long on shooting our scene. We worked with different camera angles and using the green screen which was a good experience as I've never worked with green screens before. We did have a few problems such as someone not being present which we easily resolved by using one of Mohammed's friends as the husband and also when I was told to run and I ended up slipping on the green screen.
